Setup Facility
Normally there is no need to run the Setup program if you are simply upgrading to the latest version, but If you are installing the system on a new computer or running the software for the first time then click the link below to run the DJB Setup program.

Further Instructions will then follow on Screen.
Upgrade Facility
This facility provides direct access to the latest versions of our software.
Please note that this facility is for customers who have a support contract with us. If you do not have a support contract with us, and require an upgrade, please contact us first as your existing system may not be compatible with the upgrade, which may cause your system to stop working.
Step 1
Backup your existing System(s). Click ‘File’, then ‘Backup’, change the ‘A’ to a ‘C’, click ‘Start Backup’ (this creates a Backup of your System on the Local Drive ‘C’).
Step 2
Identify the location of your current system(s). To do this, open your system(s) in the normal way, click ‘Help’ then ‘About’, and note the contents of Program Installed In.
Before proceeding any further, close your system(s) and ensure no one else is logged into it, including minimised.
Step 3
Depending on which system you wish to upgrade please choose as follows: -
PLEASE NOTE: Depending on your local Windows settings you may recieve a warning message stating that the software is from an unknown publisher. Please ignore this message and proceed (e.g. click 'Run').

To upgrade your Competitions System (Ladies) Version 9.30(a) Click Here
To upgrade your Booking System Version 9.30(a) Click Here
To upgrade your Accounts System Version 9.25(b) Click Here
When you have clicked on the appropriate link, you will be asked what you wish to do with your file. Click ‘Run’ and wait until the ‘Winzip Self Extractor’ Form is displayed.
Step 4
Change (either by typing or using the broswe button) the contents of ‘Unzip to folder’ to the ‘Program Installed In’ path as identified in Step 2 above, then click ‘Unzip’. Wait until the message ‘??? file(s) unzipped successfully’ appears, then click ‘Ok’ followed by ‘Close’
Now check that your system(s) has successfully upgraded
Load your System in the Normal Way, then Click on 'Help' followed by 'About'.
Check that the Version Number corresponds to those stated above. If it does not, it is likely that the Upgrade was not installed in the correct location (see 'Program Installed In' above).
Recent changes to the software are available by clicking on ‘Help’ then ‘Upgrade’ Notes.
