Support Services and Contract
DJB Software provides an ongoing Support Service to its Customers, which ensures that help is always available. The Support Contract is renewable annually and includes:
Telephone Support:-
Telephone support is available 7 days a week. This includes help with any aspect of our Modules, plus general assistance with Windows, and advice on the purchase of new hardware e.g. Computers, Printers, Networks etc.
Our helpline no. is 0870 32123 83 - calls are charged at BT national rates.
A telephone training session may also be organized (by appointment).
Upgrades:-
Upgrades are provided free of charge when external regulations change e.g. CONGU Changes 1st February 2004, VAT Regulation Changes.
Upgrades are also provided free of charge which generally improve the system. We constantly seek to improve the products and from time to time issue new versions which will incorporate suggestions made by existing Customers.
Upgrades are normally distributed by post. The Latest versions of our software may be 'downloaded' from the Upgrades page.
In urgent situations upgrades may be E-mailed. We also have a facility whereby you can E-mail us a 'Compressed' Backup of your system which can be considerably speed up the process of resolving queries.
Technical Support:-
In the event of hardware failure help will be provided if you need to re-install the system or repair corrupted files.
Tailoring:-
Minor Tailoring of the system will be provided free of charge which ensures that the system meets the Customers needs. An example of this may be the programming of a Membership Levy Scheme based on existing Loan Contributions.
On Site Support:-
On Site Support/Training is not included in the Support Contract. If this is a requirement, please contact us and we will endeavor to arrange this at additional cost.
